SHIPPING & RETURN
Our rings are 100% handmade and require a 5-6 week production time. Once your order is ready for shipment, it will leave our studio with a courier service to the next USPS post station in Montana. From there all packages get scanned and will be on their way to you.
I generally work on one weeks order throughout my work week. Once your order is moved into my work queue I will then send out the shipping notification as soon as your order leaves my hands via Courier Service from Edmonton. This does cause delay in the tracking movement which does not mean that your packages hasn't shipped. It takes a few days for those packages to arrive at the closest USPS station where they then get scanned for the very first time.
I ship 1-2 times a week. Usually Wednesday and Friday.
We only charge once for shipping per order so please feel free to add as many products to your purchase.
Our rings arrive elegantly packaged in a burlap ring box ready for gifting. If you require a personalized note to your order we would be happy to include this! Please contact us for more information.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship with 'Expedited Parcel' which can take 7-10 days to arrive once it is ready to ship. Your rings will have a tracking number & full insurance.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
Your Jewelry comes fully tracked and insured with the USPS First Class Mail Package. All my packages are picked up via Courier from my Studio and transported to the next USPS mail station in Montana. This typically takes up to 14 days for your package to arrive.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Your shipping includes tracking and insurance for the following countries:
Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, USA, Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, United Kingdom
Please note that all other countries do not allow tracked packages!
CUSTOM FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Additional fees may apply due to your country's custom law. It is an import fee that has to be paid by the customer. We do not have a responsibility to pay them nor are we aware of your country's laws.
All our products do not include any other fees.
If you have questions about these import fees please contact your customs office directly for help.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please know that a Packet is not considered as lost if it has been shipped for less then 6 weeks / 45 days. Refunds or replacements of lost items require this wait time!
Please contact us immediately if your package is lost within this time frame. Insurance claims can only be filed within 120 days from the day of shipment.
Damaged packages MUST be kept and pictured by a camera to file a proper claim. Do not throw away the damaged package for an insurance claim.
Shipping international can take 4-6 weeks! Please be advised of this time.
We want you 100% happy with your purchase and absolutely in love with your ring! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we'll be happy to work on making it right for you! Most of our items are exchangeable.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item for that reason.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST
Exchange and return shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. We do not refund any shipping charges for any reasons.
We pack our products safe in a jewelry box to make sure they don't get damaged during shipping. If we arranged an exchange then we expect the same packaging.
We only except exchanges from unworn pieces (exchange as received).
We do not refund:
- custom orders
- custom stamped letter rings
- material exchange on rings
- special stones
- custom sizes and special orders
Please contact us if you wish to exchange or return your ring.
It is always best to contact us before placing an order to have every of your questions answered to avoid returns!
